The listed address is to the closest road to the site, please do park on the left side of the road as far over as possible to still allow cars to pass. the site is the woodlands to the direct left of the road, over the grass field.

Site doors open at 8am, with safety brief and chrono occuring at 9.30 for a 10.00 start of game day.

All attendees to a game day will be required to read, fill in and sign a liability waiver (provided on-site) and have any RIFs that they wish to use on the game day chronographed in order to participate. (FPS/joule limit below)

Terms & Conditions - Sales

All ticket sales are final, the ticket sale price is your deposit for the game day and is non-refundable.

We only accept pre-booked players at the site and do not allow "walk-ons", this is due to our small site limit so all players will be required to book an pay through the bookings page on the website.

All on site sales will be cash ONLY as we are not equipped to receive card payments at this time.

Terms & Conditions - General

All airsoft replicas are considered Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs) in law and as such require a defence in order to purchase through BF Airsoft (either UKARA (United Kingdom Airsoft Retailers Association) registration or Reenactors Licence will suffice) under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2007 and are 18 or older. Members of the site can request UKARA registration subject to the conditions of UKARA (https://www.ukara.org.uk/).

Certain items on site and online may have purchasing restrictions due to age/UKARA requirements, these will be explained at point of purchase. For these purchases you will be required to state your age/provide proof of age or prove your UKARA registration.

Online booking is required before entry onto the site is allowed, you may be refused entry if you do not have a pre-booking made through the booking page of the website, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel game days at any time (you will be given warning via email if the game day has been cancelled).

Any errors made in booking may incur a cancellation fee of 10%, please make us aware of any booking errors as soon as possible to avoid problems/confusion.

Hire bookings must be made at least 24h before the event, as we only bring enough hire RIFs for the demand to save on weight. Hire Bookings made less than 24h before the event may be turned away and have to reschedule.

An email conformation of booking will be sent out to the email address you used during the booking system, this email will contain the information for the day including the address, date and time.

Players must be at least 11 years of age and all players must confirm their age on the booking form, any players under the age of 18 will require a parental/guardian signature on their waiver form. Players between the ages of 11 and 18 will require parental supervision on-site at all times, which we prefer to be in game but will allow parents to be on-site non-players.

BF Airsoft is a full pyrotechnic site and allows any simulation pyrotechnic designed for use in paintball/airsoft at site, we do not allow any pyrotechnic products not designed for paintball/airsoft or any home-made pyrotechnics. Only players aged 18 and older will be permitted to purchase or use pyrotechnics on site under the Fireworks Act 2003. Any players under the age of 18 found using pyrotechnics will be removed from site. (Pyrotechnics are defined as using chemical explosives to produce a loud noise as a simulation of battlefield explosive devices)

Here at BF we take care to ensure our website is free from virus'/malware, however we cannot ensure that use of this website or any other websites linked to it will not harm your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer is protected from harm by using correct hardware and software for using this website. BF Airsoft are not responsible for damage to your device while using this website.
